A heart for people, outreach, discipleship, and spiritual growth.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven commitment to church structure, integrity, and ministry lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Provide spiritual oversight and leadership within assigned ministry areas.

Lead and support church services, prayer meetings, and WSF activities.

Mentor, counsel, and disciple members.

Promote church growth, community outreach, and soul-winning initiatives.

Uphold the vision, mission, and values of the Winners Chapel International mandate.
